Core IDR activities:
Planning, development, construction and successful marketing of premium commercial real estate, all with a view to sustainable project development. This includes land, office buildings, industrial estates, science and technology parks, service centres and craftsmen’s yards. Besides developing special-purpose properties, the company also invests in its own site developments and projects aimed at creating coherent, large scale property. Its forward-looking concepts focus on substantial plots for tailored real estate solutions.

In addition to its traditional development initiatives, IDR is consistently and intelligently expanding its service portfolio to include project management and project controlling, and has proven its expertise in beacon projects such as Düsseldorf’s spectacular ESPRIT arena or the refurbishment of Schloss Eller, due to be completed in early 2010.
