Heinrich Heine Gardens

This exclusive residential development will be built on a 9.56 acre plot on the outskirts of the Oberkassel district. With some 43,000 square metres of floor space, Heinrich Heine Gardens is currently Düsseldorf’s biggest single premium residential project.

The SIGN! building

A high-rise development in the Media Harbour, the SIGN! building was designed by celebrated architect Helmut Jahn. With its 20 floors, SIGN! it is the highest building in the Media Harbour. Four floors have already been leased by a law office.

KWS 183

A commercial development in the city’s Pempelfort district, KWS 183 offers 8,500 square metres of gross floor space, main parts are already leased to several top tenants.

Andreasquartier

In the Old Town, between Hofgartenpark, Grabbeplatz and the Rhine promenade, FRANKONIA is developing an exclusive urban quarter boasting 60,000 square metres of gross floor space. On completion, it will offer exclusive residences with doorman service, serviced apartments, representative office space, catering and commercial space.

Panta Rhei

This quality office and business facility is currently being built at the heart of the Düsseldorf Airport City business park. Developed by FRANKONIA, the project is within walking distance of the airport terminals and will have a gross floor space of some 12,000 square metres.
