HOCHTIEF Solutions designs, develops, constructs, operates and manages real estate and infrastructural facilities, thus bundling the HOCHTIEF Group’s core business in Europe and selected regions around the world. The company is a market leader and pioneer in many regions and areas of business. HTP is the project development section of the Real Estate Segment of HOCHTIEF Solutions. Since 1991 the Business Unit has been developing, realizing and marketing domestic and international real estate projects, and is regarded as Germany’s leading inner city developer. Its core business revolves around office real estate in locations in and around city centers. It also focuses on retail real estate and the development of entire urban quarters. Hotels, logistics and special-purpose real estate are further market segments. HTP does not develop its own real estate portfolio but acts as a “temporary investor” with the aim of selling its projects to an end investor at an early stage.

The HTP Rhine-Ruhr Branch has realized successful projects with this consistent quality strategy.

Office space is currently being developed on a site of 3,300 square meters at Le Quartier Central in Derendorf/Pempelfort. "La Cour", a seven-story property with a gross floor area of around 15,000 square meters will be the new German headquarters of the Publicis Groupe.

The neighboring quarter, “le flair”, which the Branch is developing in a joint venture with the Interboden Group, continues to grow. More than 800 residential units ranging from 50 to 220 square meters will be developed by 2015 on the sixhectare site within the Le Quartier Central urban development. The townhouses, apartments, duplexes and penthouse apartments with a total living area of 80,000 square meters, are being marketed. At present, 262 residential units are under construction. The office and commercial building “DreiEins” is being developed to the south, right next to the Franklinbrücke.
